Existentialism is a philosophy that regards existence as unexplainable (there is no point of life, we have not been designed, and we have no purpose. We live because we have been brought into the world. There is no other reason). Existentialism is usually an atheists point of view (God would have given us a purpose, but if we have no purpose, there probably isn't a God), but those who believe in God can be existentialists (they would say that there is a God, and he created us, but without any real reason).

Humanism is about the beliefs of humans, and disregards everything the religious aspect of things. It basically means that humans are the main concern.

"Humanism is a broad category of ethical philosophies that affirm the dignity and worth of all people, based on the ability to determine right and wrong by appealing to universal human qualities, particularly rationality." Existentialism is a "20th-century philosophical movement chiefly in Europe; assumes that people are entirely free and thus responsible for what they make of themselves"
