I have experienced quite a few premonitions. Some major, some minor... some serious some amusing...
They are not deja-vu. Some have been about car accidents, graduations, knowing people at uni before I had gone, etc... And no, I'm not wierd... They just happen!! :D
Just wondered about your opinion on them... Have you ever experienced any? Do you believe they happen? Has someone ever explained a premonition they have had? What was it and what was your response??

Interesting subject. My opinion is that somehow the "minds" of the people involved in this type of "premonitions" are somehow connected and not only this but they can also "influence" each other...when we will understand more about the human brain maybe we will be able to explain how this works...:D.
And to be also a little "sadistic" (regarding the answer above), maybe your thought about your friend's death killed him exactly then you "saw this comming"...:D

i started getting strange deja vu feelings just b4 i started seeing a lady a few years back,it was deja vu but wasnt if u know what i mean,i would go faint and see things which would last about a minute,and i couldnt remember what i sore afterwards,i would get this every other day without fail,and used to get it when i passed a lolipop lady on route to work more than any other time strangely enough?. me and the woman were togehter 4 around a year and then we broke up and i had it real bad one day about 2 mnths after,constant the one day and i was scared livid by it,and i never had it after that day,never have since.and i found a few weeks later that me and the ex were expecting a child, we have a girl aged 3,true story.

Every new years eve i get some weird premonition about the year ahead, ive never been wrong. I knew in 2005 that something hideous would happen to a friend of mine and she was dead by may, this year i knew i would meet the love of my life and that he would break my heart, hes now dead, just a little cheerfullness for ya!! xxx

I have had many dreams which went on to become true events. I also manage to mention obscure things from years back which suddenly regain a brief glimmer in he public eye a few days later.
I do not think I have any powers as most things I think of don't happen.

I find my premonitions come to me in dreams although not always with exact details.
