I assuming you are masturbating now, im not exactly sure how old you are but many guys start at 14, (i started when i was 12, but thats uncommon)
Some people take 1 minute some take 30 minutes, it varies with each person. MOST men can only have one orgasm ("the feeling") and a few rare ones can have more than one.
As for the feeling, it's hard to describe, it feels extremely comfortable, you breath faster and it feels just great, you also will feel more relaxed afterwards.
As for ejaculation, whatever your age it, you may be too young to produce sperm. If your about 14, you are probally producing sperm and can ejaculate. BUT lets say you are younger and you are not producing sperm yet, that doesnt mean you will not have an orgasm.
