(z^(-1))^(10) = z^(-10) = 1/(z^10)

(z^-1)^10=z^(-10)=>1/z^10

I assume you mean (z^(-1))^(10) = z^(-10) = 1/(z^10), since (a^x)^y = a^(x*y) and a^(-x) = 1/a^x.
