I need to get a spray can on San Andreas, so I can mark my territory.

Either use weapon tier 2:
R1 R2 L1 R2 left, down, right, up, left, down, down left.
Or:
In CJ's house, go up the stairs and enter the room opposite the wardrobe. there is a spray can directly in front of you

you can either enter a cheat code or you can just go to your mom house and into the room upstairs and find it floting by the bed.

go to gamefaqs, find cheats, and put in one of the weapon sets. i think its weapon set 1, and it will be there.
