i need a girl costume for holloween that isnt really slutty or anything just a fun costume.

Pirates are fun, and very popular this year. Easy to make too! Get a pirate hat from the local costume shop - or just wear a bandana. Black pants, a red and white striped shirt from a second hand store. Add an eye patch and a hoop earring and you're done. Of course you can do a bunch more - like maybe put a parrot (stuffed animal) on your shoulder. Black out a few teeth. Beads in your hair. Just look at some images online and go for it!
Or - you might want to try a female vampire - staying more in the spirit of Halloween.
Both are pretty easy - and would be fun!

Make your own costume! get creative and look for clothing items on clearance, or use what you have in your own closet and buy simple accesories like animal ears or a witch hat. Google search costume ideas for some great homemade costumes.
