i been stretching for 15 minutes every other day with my splits,etc but i see no improvements what so ever HELP

How long have you been stretching?

Try pilates. It may directly relate to your splints right now, but wait a few weeks. Nothing in your body is a quick fix.

Ok well for splits u cant just get into them and sit there and think that each day ur gonna get better! you have to lean over ur leg and try to put ur face to ur knee. If you can do that on both sides try to push urself a little further into the split and then lean over to ur knee again. Also facing a wall and pressing urself up against a wall will help u get a better split

I would also keep what your doing but try karate. At first I didnt plan to be flexible, now I'm outstanding. Some kids even call me the Rubber Band Man.. lol

I can kinda help i was born super flexible but to get felible stretch you legs by going really easy with laying down and pulling your leg as close to your face.you dont want it to hurt cause you can get injured.
