What a great question, unfortunately, rather difficult, if not impossible to answer, though!
I agree, totally w/Luna Faye, that most likely the most reputable and accurate psychic, would not be known. Those individuals do not wish to become public figures, and seek the 'limelight' and fame. As in any profession, there are individuals who only seek the 'glory' and 'fame', that may go along with the 'title'...
Personally, being in the 'psychic' business, most of my life, I have met many, many cons, egocentrics, and down-right frauds... Check out info on a man named Peter Hurkos, born 1911, died 1988...I have always felt, he was the 'real-McCoy'!!! Sylvia Browne is just a franchise! She's in business to make money.
Although, not considered a 'psychic'...Criss Angel is a fantastic performer, magician, and is a "Mind-Freak"! I believe, he understands the 'ins' and 'outs' of the 'psychic' realm, but, is not professing to be one, to capitalize on it.
Many years ago, a "witch" (*now deceased) told me,..."to always be low-key, don't draw undo attention to yourself, people will come to you, that 'need' to come to you..." I have seen this to be true, time and time, again.

We are all psychic so the only one that you would not find fake would be yourself.
All you need to do is to develop you talent you just don't relies you have.
You need to find a self develop course to help you.
And there is no need for me to name who I know is not fake as you would not know them lol

it depends on what you want to know. you yourself are your best phsyhic. i mean that. but i do have alittle insight- (ill call it that)- to certain things about people and where they are at.
