That is easy...just pop in the original XP disk and reinstall the Operating System. It'll wipe everything clean and start you out fresh.

What CD’s did you get with your computer, if you have a CD Labeled “Recovery” or “Restore”, then just boot your computer from that CD and it will be restored to factory settings, this is much easier and faster that installing WinXP.
Sometimes the recovery software is already Installed on your HD, you just need to look for it.
You can also make your own recovery CD, Install a fresh copy of windows, install any necessary drivers, and whatever programs you want and then use a software capable of creating an Image for your HD on a CD (Symantec Ghost for instance), and when ever you need to restore you computer, use the Image you created, this is very convenient and will save you a lot of time.
Good luck

Start-programs-click on pc help & tools-click "system recovery", and it will walk you through the steps to bring your computer back to the way it was, when you bought it. I have done this two times, when I screwed my machine up, and it works great..good luck..
