It wouldn’t matter even if they did because there will be another evil person to take their place. Just look at all the mad men ruling the world currently. So the answer is no because there will always be room for evil. The only solution is to work together to counteract all that bad with some good.

I'll get slammed for this, but actually even with all the atrocities that happened during WWII, there were some advancements in medicine, The radar was developed by the Brits, and we got our nuclear technology from the Germans. We just got ours done first, (barely). So Hitler can be born. I'm trying to think what positive influence in any way came out of Bin Laden and Dahmer and I come up blank. So the abortion would have been the right thing for those two.

Man that's a tough question, add Mrs. Bush and maybe, well, um, no, abortion is not right as a means of birth control, it is morally wrong. How ever if these lady's decided to have an abortion, as far as that goes, any lady that decides in the favor of getting an abortion. This is probably a gut wrenching decision for some, and the others, would you really want them to be mothers. I will not interfere, I won't look down on them. I will accept their decision. Because, if you think about it, it is none of my f***ing business, unless of course I was the father, I would like to know my status about that? If you read down to here you must be awfully board.

Maybe, maybe not! Now if Mrs. Bush had an abortion, it would definitely be a MUCH better place. If it hadn't been Hitler in Germany it would have been someone else, if it hadn't been Bin Laden it would have been someone else! Dahmer, Yes, but then you would have to include every other serial killer! Bush is the only one that could have ruined our economy and relations with the world the way he has!

No. I know we agree on most issues, but I am actually pro-life, in a stricter sense than most of the people who call themselves "pro-life". The first 2 you mentioned (Hitler/bin Laden) perverted their religion to promote killing innocents. I cannot, in good conscience, promote killing innocents pre-birth, even if they, throught the circumstances of their lives, will grow up to be murderers. They were born innocent, they became evil. Maybe there was something else in their lives that could have been done better, but killing them before we have a chance to find out which direction they will choose is wrong.

Hindsight, as always, is 20/20. We have no way of knowing whether that abortion will grow up to be Gandhi or Hitler.

Every innocent life lost is another lost opportunity, whether is it a fetus in Nebraska or a shopkeeper in Iraq.

Its not who you are at birth, its how you grow up and your environment. The same hitler, if raised correctly and not given the same situations and confrontations, could have been a good person. The same Bin Laden, if born into different circumstances could have been a dofferent person. The same Jeffrey Dahmer, if not tormented as a child by his peers and actually had disipline instead of coming home to an empty house all of the time would have not been doing what he did. You can't assume it is the soul of the person, it is the wordly experiences and situations that also make a person who they are.

I don't think the world would have been a better place. I think these people are products of their environment. Even if they were not born, there would be some other 'evil' (for want of a better word) to fill the gap, we would just know them by different names.

I agree with Kay...stupid question. Abortion is wrong-it's the environment in which they are raised. Parents are #1 influence.
