i have this person (teacher) that i've been friebds with for a long time. she's been in my mind a lot. i could'nt take it no longer so i decide to take her out of my life

That's a little silly. It's all right to have close friends and to think about them a lot. You didn't specify if they had been on your mind in a romantic way or not. However, even if you do have romantic feelings for someone, that's not really a very good reason not to see them anymore.
Cutting someone out of your life because you *care* about them is not a good idea. Taking them out of your life because they are abuse, or because you hate them, or because you *don't* care about them may be a good idea, but not because you like them.
Instead, you should be grateful you have such a good friend.
Now, if the problem here is unrequited love, there are lots of ways to deal with that. You can try talking to them about it (though if you are underage and they are your teacher, it's probably best *not* to talk to them about it). You can also try just accepting it as part of your complex emotions that make you such good friends. Love isn't something to be afraid of, whether it's romantic love or friendship.
Congratulations on having such strong feelings. Now embrace them.
