Water displacement is a good answer if you have a container with measurements like a graduated cyllinder or a measuring cup. Make sure you get all the bubbles off the object by turning it in the water.

Fill a large bucket to a known level with water.
Slowly lower the irregular solid into the water.
Measure the new level of water.

The difference in volume can be calculated and will equal that of the irregular solid.
