I had a good impression with the office interview, hopefully it'll be positive. : )

Depends on whether you are interviewing in a college campus recruiting setting or experienced hire setting. I would need more information to help you properly.

If you are interviewing for general campus recruiting - it could take a good chunk of time and multiple interviews before a decision is made.

If it's for an experienced hire role, it should be fairly quick. I would most definitely ask EVERY person you interview with (and knowing E&Y, it will be quite a few) what the turnaround time is for hiring to this position.

I would also make sure you have the recruiter's contact information, including a direct line. I would follow up with an email letter to him/her stating that you look forward to hearing from him soon and suggesting you know how busy they are... that you will happily follow up for feedback if you do not hear from them within 48 or 72 hours.

Good luck!

I would give them about 3 days to scout other employees.
Then I would call back and research what did I say or do wrong in the interview that caused them not to choose me.
Then if possible Let it Go as the kids say LIG it man...
You can change yourself but you will not be yourself.

Depends on the position you applied for. If it is a job that requires a written offer, one to two weeks.
