Okay, well first off you should get it checked out. But, you should take into account the colour of the blood. If it is bright red, then it is most probably piles as other people have suggested. But if it is a darker red and mixed in with your stool, it could be some form of damage to your digestive tract.
Never good going to the doctors about these kind of things, but better be safe than sorry.

You need to see a doctor because you could become anaemic depending on how much blood you lose and where the site of bleed is.
Do you ever have anal discharge in your underwear?
It could possibly be a hemorrhoid or something else.
Passing blood after passing stools is never normal.

Ouch well if your okay with talking about it, then I guess I am. Hmmm.. sounds like you may be constipated. If you are hard bowl movements they can tear your area down there. Maybe you should try eating more fruits and veggies. You need more fiber in your diet, try eating only whole wheat bread. And drink A LOT of water. Good luck with that situation.

seriously man, see a doctor. mu friend had that problom too. he left it go for 2 years because he was so embarrassed. one day, he had had enough, he told his mother. thay went to the doctor who rushed him straight to the emergency room. he had a simple bowel disorder that could have been sorted with a pill if he had went to the doctor the first time he bled. now, after very painful and emotionally draining operations, he is missing one of his intestines and used to have to sh*t in a bag connected to his waist.
GO TO THE DOCTOR! IT COULD JUST BE A PIMPLE!!!
