Insert it into the A drive and then go to "start" "run" and type in "A".
It will show you what is on the disk and you can drag and drop it to your desktop or open it and then save it where you want it.

Alright, here's what to do. Insert the floppy disk into the computer and open up My Computer. The floppy disk should show up in there, so double click on the icon. In there should be your files. Hope this helps!

Hopefully, your computer has a place to stick it in! If it does, stick it in (round nickel side down). Open "My Computer", then double click the icon for Disk (A:)... If the disk is OK, you're OK. Don't be surprised if you get an error. Whatever is on it, move it to your main computer right away. Floppies are pretty unreliable...

open your floppy drive with the disk in and highlight the files you want on the left hand side you can select to copy the files and choose where on your hard drive you want them saved.

You are kidding right?

you take the floppy disk, and put it in the drive, if it doesn't fit turn the disk upside down and try putting it in again.

If that doesn't work, rotate the disk 180 degrees, and try putting it in again.

thats a hard question because there arnt enough details do you no where to accsess your flopy drive ? or cd, or dvd drive that you stored the program ? is this file a install a zip file a txt file if you give more info about that and what operating system you use that gives otheres the tools they need to help you are you using mac windowas unix linux?? if windows right click file select send to desk top or where ever you can find it , imean were you can send it and find the file i sugjust desktop then if its in .zip format right click and extract then look for tyhe install or . exe file if you use mac then i cant help :) but good luck.

U use Mac or WIn?? Mac has an icon on the desktop, Win has it in My Computer, just drag to where u want it 2 go...

go to my computer and doble clik on floppy drve select ur file clik right mouse button clik copy and go to place where u want to put ur file and clik right hand button and press paste.. that all
