besides car washes and bake sales/lemonade stands... this is for a high school club that is trying to raise money for the crisis in Darfur

Have a hot dog roast, or put on a play and invite the public to come and see it. Take up a love offering at church just for that group. Or you could get a Christian movie, like the Jesus Film, and show it be sure to take up a love offering.
There are a lot of things that can be done but the three you mentioned are the most reliable ones. There is also cookbooks,or recipes. You might have a raffle for something that would have to be with the approval of your church though.

You can ask local companies to chip in, or sale certain items and give percentage to the fundraiser. Small businesses are the best to ask, they are more open in helping.
