These days almost all the states have few good cricket teams. In fact, with in 5 to 10 years there will be a good American cricket team. If you play cricket then you should have seen all the 8 and 10 years old playing cricket, and trust me they are darn good. So i don't think we have to worry about making and American cricket team. And if you want to make a team from your state, just go to a few of local leagues' web-sites and look for the players who have good statistics.

Probably not considering that cricket requires people to learn about rules and a totally different scoring system than any other sport in America. You got to know what a wicket is and thats the easy part. Its a great game to watch though. And I don't think Americans would understand why they wear frue frue sweaters and no gloves.

There are lots of cricket clubs in the U.S especially in places like Florida, California and Arizona. Mainly played by people who have settled here from cricket playing nations. There is no national team now because of ego and posturing by some idiots.

at some level it is introduced there, but i dont think it ,ll flourish there. they r already occupied by baseball , soccer etc, i can hardly find any space for cricket there....but ICC is trying to introduce this game in America n China(dont know for what), see wht comes next.
