When i talk or get around the guy i like i cant seem to say anything but when im not around him think i can talk to him what do i do to get the nerve to talk to him

Well lol i got the same problem sorta bc i can be around the guy but i cant talk to him ya kno?bc i said i love u and he smiled so idk what to think. So just be able to get comfortable around him and let things fall into place?
