If it proves beyond the shadow of doubt that someone is innocent, what's wrong? When you have someone wrongly convicted of a crime, it means that there's a guilty crimina and predatorl out in the streets committing more crimes, preying, and victimizing the populace! Isn't the law and justice about punishing the guilty, not the innocent? Hey, in case you haven't heard, the McCarthy era is long gone and over with... that alcoholic died in disgrace after he terrorized a whole nation with his witch-hunt and in-terror-gated people to humiliate and instill fear on a nation during the Cold War.

So, do you believe that someone is simply guilty by accusation alone? Hellooooo... like, duhhhh! Man, get off those drugs!

i do no longer think of God is a commie lib, and He created DNA. and how ought to DNA information reason killers to stroll away unfastened? If there is DNA from a individual at against the regulation scene, and that DNA isn't from the sufferer or the accused, and there is not any DNA on the scene from the accused, hazard is rather stable he did no longer do it. we are human laying off machines, and each little bit of dermis, drop of blood, and strand of hair we shed has DNA in it. Police scour crime scenes and %. up each obtainable piece of information. in the event that they did no longer locate any of the accused's DNA, yet different DNA is latest, hazard is powerful that he wasn't responsible.

you do way too many drugs. what the freak is wrong with setting someone free that was proved innocent by DNA. Is it just better to let someone who is innocent sit and rot in prison. Are you related somehow to Ann Coulter?? You seem to have some of her DNA.

I'm for the death penalty but don't want to send an innocent person to die. If the dna proves the person didn't do it, then why is it bad? Just as long as they don't appeal the death penalty if the person turns out to be guilty, it's fine by me.
