Go to the doctor. Smelly pus--you haven't already gone? Go to a health clinic if you don't have insurance. I don't know what it is, but I just read a thing about flesh-eating bacteria that said that open sores can be a sign of something serious, and, come on. That's gross. Slap on a bandage and go get it checked out. You might need to get it drained, do some wound care, get on antibiotics or something.
