The Yuppie Nuremberg defense- It pays the rent. Seriously that is what it comes down to. It is a way to make a living. Pays the bills. Also I doubt that it is the first time for most of them. Also I don't think they talk about it later as far as telling the kids or grandkids. Tell me why do you go to work? I mean seriously. You abuse your body doing a job and for what? It is because you need a job right. When you get older are you going to brag about your job? I doubt it. You proably don't think your job makes much difference. Thing is you need a job. I don't say people should go out and do this but face it if you look at it as just another job it all makes some more sense. I am happy with my job for the record, I work in a manufacturing postion. When I grow old I can brag about how with all these things that are made in China now I made a difference in trying to get things Made in the USA.

I saw a thing on cable where the highest payed gay man porn star is actually straight and married with children! Yes, a part of it is for the money - and they don't make much for what they have to do. Low self-esteem - they may think being in any kind of movie is "stardom" and something to be proud of.

Sex isn't always about love. Sometimes its just sex. And for porn stars they really love sex (they would have to) and they get paid very well to do it in front of a camera. Its a billion dollar industry like someone else said. Nobody said you had to like it.

It's a billion dollar industry. Most of those people doing porn aren't virgins when they start and it's just sex to them. I could never do it though.
