Virus / Spyware scan everything before opening downloaded files

I downloaded cc cleaner from there also. LOL I hope it's trustworthy! On a serious note always save the file that you download and run a scan before opening it. Peace!

Yes in my experience it is fine i downloaded Ccleaner from there and it was fine
