I have a 2003 Ford Focus that was overheating, and I found out that it was over heating because I had a crack in the coolant resorvoir. So, I replaced the coolant resorvoir and changed the sparks and wires. AND NOW, there is water in my engine oil. What do you suggest I do? I'm VERY, VERY frustrated!!!

Depending on how the previous owner of the Volkswagen treated it and maintained it, i would say stick with the Volkswagen. Ive seen well maintained Volkswagen go for 200,000 to 300,000 miles no major repairs. Most the Volkswagen will ever need is a timing belt, and maybe a water pump. Two very reasonable repairs. My family has had like 3 Volkswagen and 2 of them were like the bug your looking at and the last one is my baby, Its a 2005 GLI. Absolutely love the car. One thing to think about when looking in to this Volkswagen is if has had all its maintenance done and how the owner drove the vehicle. Happy V Dub buying!

your gonna need a moter or have that one repaired, those moters dont take overheating too well.you have probally blown a head gasket or worse a crack in the head or block.
try and determin with out tearing it down so you wont have to pay for having it torn down on top of having to replace the moter.
people tend to wreck those quite often and the local salvage yard should be able to come up with a low milege moter not too expensive.some now even sell warranty
trying to repair it will be more expensive without as good of results.

Water in engine oil is bad. It is symptomatic of a blown head gasket. The good news is that the gasket is not expensive, the bad news is it requires quite a bit of labor to repair, which is. Sorry fancypants:(

if you have water in your oil either means you have a blowen head gasket or a cracked head the best thing to do is buy another car because if you ran it you could have made it worse or warped the head aluminum motors are bad about that or you could be lucky and not hurt it
