It depends if the website has its own dedicated IP. If it does, then by simply pasting the IP into the address bar will show the website.
But if the website is shared with other on an IP then you won't be able to get the website

Type it into the address bar of your browser and see where it takes you.
Simple as that really.
Bear in mind, it might not be the IP addy of a specific website.
It could be the address for a server that hosts several sites.

Hello Luke,
You can find out what ISP host the website by going to http://www.arin.net. Punch in the IP address and they will tell a relative location were it is.

just type the ip on the address bar and hit enter it should change to the name of the site and take you there.
If not there are programs that tell you were the ip add is from like country and such.

type http:// ......... (replace the dots with the ip address) The server will then change the IP address to the correct web address. I think .... or it may work the otehr way round

Following on from the previous answer, if that doesn't work try this web site
http://www.urgentclick.com/address_trace.php
and enter the IP address.
Also, if you type "trace ip address" into Google you get lots of options.
But beware malicious sites !
