Not much info. with Q. But if you just got in not long ago, and your are handling it quite a bit. That's one that a lot of people make. A boa in nature is not handed around. If you do not have a cage with the proper environment. That's not good. Any other problems. Call your local zoo and talk to the reptile handlers.

You haven't provided enough information to wisely answer this question. In my experience, these are the common reasons a snake stops eating, maybe one of them can help you.
Temperature of the cage is not warm enough.
Got bitten by the prey animal.
Is going to shed in a couple of days or up to 2 weeks.
Doesn't have a water bowl big enough to lay in for shedding.
The prey animal is too dirty.
The prey animal has made friends with the reptile.
Prey animal is the wrong color.
Prey animal has been washed and no longer has its natural scent.
The snake is full, wait until it has a bowel movement.
If the feces has yellow in it, take it to a vet, indication of illness.
Snakes with parasites also don't eat as well.

What are you feeding it? Frozen hoppers? Sometimes they get bored of 'dead' food and want live stuff. Or it could be shedding in which case it wont eat.
I know some that go a couple months at a certain time of the year-- for not reason at all-- and then start eating again. It doesnt' need to eat more than once a week, generally speaking.

You need to put in more info but all I can say is take it to a vet cause it could be due to it's enviornment, shedding skin, bored of it's food, too much handlin, internal trouble, there's many possibilities but take it to a vet is all I can say and if it is sheddin or when it does shed or if ya have sheded skin can ya ship it to me cause I don't have skin shed from a boa but I got many others? THX and hope this helps!

I hear boas can eat once every so weeks depending on how big the meal is....maybe he's full? Or if he's not eaten in awhile, you should take him to the vet.

Your snake is most likely getting ready to shed its skin. To know for sure look at its eyes. When they are getting ready to shed, most boas eyes get a white look in them. Hope this helps.

Could be shedding skin. If not eaten for while try taking water away, most snakes will eat for rehydration if they think there is chance of drought. If your snake is producing mucus then you should take it to a vet. Hope this helps.

Have you tried poking it with a stick ?
You may find out the reason its not eating is that its moved onto the big snake in the sky!
