Go to a test prep day at your school to learn little tricks for specific parts. Take several trial tests that come in prep books or online.
Sleep well the night before, and don't put too much pressure on yourself.

Most schools list their ACT/SAT scores by the middle 50% of accepted students, so basically the middle chunk of all accepted students. University of Arizona: -SAT range: 970-1230 (Critical Reading + Math) -ACT range: 21-27 University of Arkansas: -SAT range: 1030-1280 (Critical Reading + Math) -ACT range: 23-29 It's important to note that even if you don't fall into these ranges, it's okay because 25% of accepted/enrolled students get less than this range, but it puts you at a disadvantage with a score lower than what they normally accept. I would note that it's usually even harder for international students to get in, so you want to be at the higher end of those ranges if not completely above them to increase your chances. I'm not sure what you mean by exemptions, but if you mean where you can be exempt from having to submit/take the SAT/ACT, the answer is no for these schools.
