Vitamin C serums applied to the under eye can diminish dark circles. Lancome has some really good eye creams.

If you want to hide your circles now, use an under eye concealor that has light reflectors in it. Choose one shade lighter than your skin tone. Benefit Cosmetics makes some GREAT concealor. My favorite one is Lyin Eyes.

Good luck!

For dark circles, the key is to find one that is a shade lighter then yours, so that since the circles are darker than your skin tone, the lighter color evens them out. I personally use Flirt! Cosmetics Cover Stick, it covers them well. You can try one of their testers at Kohls. I sometimes also use Covergirl Invisible Concealer. The only problem I have with that is they don't have enough shades for all skin tones.
