Of course the Raptors have gotten better.They are 4-0 in the preseason. T.J. Ford brings a speedy element to the raptors that was not their last year. The raps also have Barngani the first draft choice.Also the raps inked Anthony Parker,Rasha Nestorivic P.J. Tucker. Still have Bosh and Peterson to. I think the raps will finish probably 7th or 8th place.

Yes they have, I really like Chris Bosh. I am not a Raptors fan so to speak, but good players are good players, no matter what team they are on. If the team can gel, watch out, they just may surprise a lot of people.

Yes anytime you add talent you get better on paper, but the key is developing that talent; and forging team chemistry.
