Decisions are always made in favor of the choice with the best value...as perceived by the Decision Maker. Perception is everything; but perceptions are formed independent of truth, accuracy, and the best intentions of all parties. In many respects perceptions are like reflections. They mirror the knowledge, behavior, and psychology of the decision maker. It is the way we are wired. For sure, this behind-the-looking-glass knowledge will lead to better decisions. But not because it provides a new scoring mechanism for sorting amongst alternatives but because it focuses on the nature of value perception and misperception. Decisions are made by people, whether as sole deciders or as members of a decision-making coalition. No two people perceive the same thing in exactly the same way, whether it is the problem to be solved, candidate solutions, value priorities, or even the importance of a decision.

ever seen a Tornado this is turbulence in its worst form a plane has to have a air stream lift under its wing to fly if you break the stream it will cause the lift of the wing to become useless even with jets pushing the plane if you lose lift the plane will fall turbulence can can cause the plane to go up or down sideways or even upside down nature is stronger than any plane we have in the past we had some planes that would lose lift if you were to dive at to steep of an angle and would not be able to recover but we have come along way in aircraft since then but turbulence still can and does bring down even the most modern aircraft if the conditions are right
