Depends on the issues you received the warning for...
and the attitude of your Manager!
Do you think he has a personal issue with you?
If so... you might find it a little difficult to move up!
You have nothing to lose by going for it.
Hope things works out.... best of luck!

No that warning can never affect your any chance because you can clear all the things in writing to your Boss and who has given you warning he can be self defaulter its i know and i am firm in this issue so you quick reply in writing against him

If they really were silly issues then apply for interview and be ready to explain yourself and the reasons behind the warning, if you're articulate enough you might even be able to turn it around and use it to show your "growth" and "capacity for learning" .
Go for it!

Sadly, it probably will. You can either contest the warning (if it really was a silly issue) and restore your unblemished record, or consider moving to another company.

It is hard to say. I guess it depends on what it was given to you for. I would apply for the position anyway and if the warning is mentioned, you could say what you have learnt from it.

Probably, especially if the written warning was deserved and it depends on how well the rest of your work record is.
