I agree with you on that one. I'm a blonde and my friends are also goofing around with me about how blondes are stupid. Everyone no matter what haircolor or anything in general can be stupid. Stereotyping is very unnecessary. Even though I do have my blonde moments;)

I completely agree. Even though I'm not a blonde have no relation in my blood to blonde, no close friends who have blonde hair, it makes me pretty annoyed whenever someone says that about anyone. Most people for some reason use this just for fun, even though there is no truth to behind it which makes it ridiculous. And why speak the words of the stupid? It makes no sense, most blondes aren't stupid and if they are, it's because people expect that of them and treat them that way, so, they start believing that their hair makes them what they are, which is not true. Call a girl pretty multiple times and she'll belive it. Call her ugly multiple time and it will lower her self esteem and she'll believe it. Call a blonde dumb multiple times and the minority may only be so because, it's what they hear. Myth.

My IQ was 143 when tested and I was born blonde. I like bucking the stereotype by dazzling people with my intelligence! I spoke with Shirley McLaine and she told me that Paris Hilton was even dumber (and blonde) in a past life and that is where the characterization came from.... :o)

first of all...why basically young ones? specific stereotypes are demanding. Your question should not be directed at basically young ones on account that's approximately ethnicity no longer age. I hated being a teenager via fact i grew to become into continually a competent baby, yet via fact i grew to become right into a teenager people regarded down on me, and it took continually to get adults to love me. Of ethnics clever, i'm a splash 0.5 mexican leaping bean ^_^ lol, yet specific stereotypes are demanding, despite the fact that if that's something we'd desire to handle, and honestly psychologically conversing there's a earnings to it for many people, many people will attempt and triumph over the stereotype, and because they attempt they prevail, and for this reason they have been benefited by way of it. regrettably it does no longer help those with low self-worth or low will power, via fact they permit themselves fall into their stereotypical races. i'm happy you have been the stable willed form, stable for you.

I think it has got more to do with history. Not that I know, but I believe it could some how relate to history. My sister is blonde, and she is quite smart, so I don't know where it comes from...
