No, I don't think he should retire yet. He still has the talent and the presence of mind to be a successful leader. He is also teaching the back up QB's and rookies that have come in this season. With some of them, he has to teach by showing them how/how not to play. Give the man a break! If he had a good O line, he could easily play for 3 more years. He still loves to play. I wouldn't want him to retire and come back because he missed the game like other QB's have and wind up regretting that decision.

I think that he shouldn't retire just yet cuz I think he should go to play and Seriously help the Raiders because they Seriously need @ll the help they can get, Mostly at the position of Quarterback cuz they Really need to have a good QB now since their QBs that they had either went and retired or went and got traded to another team.
