Since you can't afford to quit your job, you have to learn to deal with those people. We all can't get along. There was a whole lot of people I didn't get along with at my previous place of employment because most of the majority thought I was dumb but I needed the money and jobs are hard to come by for someone like me (not enough experience), so just hang in there until another job comes along and I hope you do find another job since your boss don't care. Good luck.

My personal experience in this area is that you will be unable to change how these other people act. You are the only one that you have control over and can change.

Until you are able to change jobs, you might consider trying to use a meditative chant (even if it's only something you repeat inside your own head) or try picturing your favorite, relaxing place to be when the stress gets high.

If you know that you work your butt off and you do a good job, and you cannot leave right now, try finding ways to adapt to the situation so that it will be more peaceful for you.

look it this way, your job right now is to find a new job! start looking for a new job and sending out your resume - after working hours, on the weekends specially on Sundays, set up like phone interviews or return phone calls during your lunch break. for the actual interview set them up after work. believe me this will work, I've done it before. in no time you'll find a new job that you'll like and possibly make more money. so make that your new job and good luck!

Try to be a better person and employee. Most people are the source of their own problems at work. It doesn't matter where you go, you'll be the same person.

Don't let them walk on you. After all it's not a night club.

Give them an attitude and make them respect you, they will get the point.
