Fantasy, by Alabama has a nice bass line that is not too difficult and has a nice sound to it.

I like Funk # 49 by the James Gang...hahaha, j/k...not for beginners.
It depends on what style of music you want to play. I like blues, and when I was learning at first, I spent hours and hours listening to blues till those basslines were so drilled in I'd dream it at night! And playing along with recordings till I was able to play just about any style of blues basslines. Got me into a prestigious band later!
(Just some tips for learning, not necessarily a good answer to your question!)

Brick House by The Commodores is very playable for a beginner - I am one and I can play it. It is also fun and entertaining to play and listen to.
