You don't need to scream at all.
Truth is very subjective - depending on the perceptions of those trying to find it.
You need to gently and calmly, sort out your own truth.

No. Most people won't because they don't care about anything that does not directly affect their shallow and meaningless existence. Screaming is very unpleasant and most people tend to avoid it.
