World of warcraft?

Question

Could anyone PLZ tell me wat the game is all about, wat is the aim of the game, how do we play, i am downloading it right now and i want someone to tell me wat to do when it is done downloading. Plz & thank you

It's an open-ended RPG game, so the aim is pretty much to interact with a virtual world. There's various quests that are short-term goals (delivering packages, rescuing people, etc.), but there's also long-term goals (gain more power, increase your reputation level with a group, etc.)

Exactly what you do depends on you. Some people like to just roleplay, so they hang out in high-population areas and just interact with people. Some like to explore, and check out every last corner of the world. Some follow all the quest lines. Some go for PvP (player vs. player) fights. And some band together to defeat the high-end dungeons. There's a lot to do.

As for how to play - the game actually does a good job of teaching that. There's plenty of tooltips to explain the basics, and the first dozen or so quests teach you how to interact with the world and use your abilities.

For advanced info, you might want to check out the forum boards at the WoW website, or at wowwiki.com - you can get info from folks who have played for ages.

First, its an MMORPG, so basically your aim is to socialize, make friends, and tick people off while killing enemies in a fantasy environment. There are 2 factions: alliance and horde. While both factions are allied in the fight against the Scourge (evil undead plague lich thingy), they are also constantly at war with each other, so they fight a lot and affect your gaming experience. Your "mission" is to level up to the maximum level and combat the Scourge and opposing faction with fellow adventurers. When your create your first character, the game will pop up quite often with tutorial hints on how to play, but i can simplify it. Hold the right mouse button to turn and look around with your character, hold the left to adjust the camera. Hold both buttons to run forward. Click on the icons in the bars to use skills or open menus, and right click on objects/npcs/monsters to interact/kill them. Press enter, and then type to chat. Simple as that.

The game is about a war between the Alliance(dwarves, night elves, humans and gnomes) and Horde (orc, troll, undead, and tauren) the aim of the game is to create a character of your prefrence and level him up to level to the max. level, which is 60. You play with the keyboard and mouse, and a mike helps.
