Why is fixing thousands of votes with a few keystrokes such an outlandish possibility to you? Have you never heard of hacking? You don't think that when the stakes are high, people will cheat if it's easy? Are you unaware that at least 2 precincts in OH in 2004 tallied more votes for the Republican candidates than there were registered voters of both parties combined?

Yeap, sure am. I just heard on the TV (sorry don't remember what station BUT I know it was NOT CNN) where they are having a special on how the voting machines are being tampered with. Until we get rid of those things, we will NEVER have a fair election in this country. If the DEMS win, the repub will cry it was because of the machines and if the repubs win the DEMS will cry it was cause of the machines. it's a no win situation in the states right now. We are falling fast.

Damn it!! It seems like the elections are next year! I just want the Rep ship to sink soon and not have any crap from Bin Laden, Iran, N Korea, etc. because all it does is help the Reps. And I expect an amazing victory for the Dems in the House while I see Sanders and Lieberman being elected hands down!!

Diebold Voting Machines MUST be modified so that the results can be verified. Unless this is done, democracy will become a distant memory and fascists will rule with an iron fist.

Definitely!!!! I expect that the American voters will be able to tell the difference between spin and straight talk. If not, they deserve what they get. I don't think that the cats at the New York Times are ever going to understand what they are doing to America until some terrorist runs a bayonet right through their Board Room!!

Quite frankly, I don't think Republicans are behind at all. I think the polls are skewed to show that they are, in hopes that the Republican voters will feel defeated and just stay home on election day.
