I read that apple cider vinegar is great for acne. I have been using Pro-Activ for over a month now, it has helped with the big zits, but i am trying to get rid of the whiteheads and blackheads that make my skin look sooo uneven and gross. i also read that simple hydrogen peroxide is great as well? Anyone tried it please let me know about the blackheads and whiteheads?

I just want to know about apple cidar vinegar and hydrogen peroxide...no other products please.

I used Pro-Active a year ago for my face. I had some little guys that would come out and I hated that! Pro-Activ didn't really do the trick for me either. I've used hydrogen and rubbing alcohol but they were kinda harsh after a while. I've never tried Cider Vinegar though. I now use Cetaphil, morning and night. You can get it at Target/Wal-Mart or the grocery. They have lotions and face washes and toners. I just use the face wash. I started to notice a difference in a little under 2 weeks. Whatever you do, just don't try to pop them! Good luck!

try:
black soap (sold in african, hair stores or herbal stores) and cetaphil (sold in walmart) these 2 work wonders and use witch hazel as an astringent after washing.. good luck

I use biroe stuff for black heads
But i do not know about white heads
