Apparently you don't know enough as my brother explained earlier It is against Grand Lodge policy to drink at a Blue Lodge.
There may be exceptions but I doubt it. My blue lodge has 1 person over 35 in the officer line and out master (the president for you non masons) is 26. Some of us are overweight but half our membership is military So alot of our guys are in good shape while you "Question" is true in a few cases. I wont deny that for the most part its wrong. I don't think you should generalize about something you know nothing about my fathers a doctor that doesn't give advice to sick people.

The Masonic Fraternity in the Unites States is organized on the state level only. In my state alcohol is prohibited at the meetings. Most of the members of my lodge are young and thin. I suggest that you check out what you are asking before you make a statement of perceived fact. The fraternity contributes over $ 2 million dollars a day to charity. Perhaps you are a recipient if you attend the public schools that the fraternity has supported for over 250 years. American is great because of the Red White and Blue. The Red School Houses, The White Painted Churches and the Blue Lodges.

That only happens in your puny little syphilitic little brain sparkey.

Ever hear of the Shriners? You have to be a Freemason to be a Shriner and us "fat old men with drinking problems support 22 childrens hospitals across the country where the only requirement to get in is that the child's family can't afford to pay for the treatment. Take your stupid remarks and shove 'em where the Sun don't shine.

The problem you are having is that you are not a Freemason, and until you are in the brotherhood of the Freemasons, you will never know what the meaning is....

Don't confuse freemasonry with being a shriner. All shriners are freemasons, all freemasons are not shriners. Freemasons are members of a fraternity that values piety, loyalty, patriotism and charity ... not exactly "fat old men with drinking problems."

Fraternal organizations are all losing membership. Many younger men do not have time or inclination to join these organizations. I was invited to join the Freemasons by my father-in-law but declined. Though they often give their members a sense of well-being and a network of friends, the decline of social belonging seems to be working against them getting new members instead of increasing membership.

Is this group in California? Are they all wearing red vests on the same day? It sounds like you are describing the Clampers.
