Installed it a couple of days ago. Their site says it will not conflict with Webroot Spyware, but im not sure

You can install multiple antispyware programs but use only one for real time protection. If you have more than one, it will detect one another as spyware. For example, I use Spybot Search & Destroy, Lavasoft's Ad Aware and Microsoft's Windows Defender. I use Windows Defender for real time protection and use the others for manual scanning.

Do not install two spyware software, they may conflict sometimes.
The best spyware removals is Spyware - Search & Destroy which you can download from www.download.com and its free.

Since they both offer real time protection you need to disable that on one of them. Haveing 2 real time protections will cause a conflict.
