No, someone just finds you annoying, it doesn't mean everyone sees you as that

Maybe you were just annoying that person in that moment. Not everyone finds the same people annoying. I know a girl who annoys LOTS of people but she finds a few who just don't find her annoying. And if your friend says you're annoying, to hell with 'em.

were you trying to annoy that person? if not, don't worry bout it. cant please everyone all the time. now if you were being an *** and trying to annoy that person, then yea. then again, sometimes people just beg to be annoyed because they take life too seriously....

I believe that would entirely depend on how attractive you are in person. Being a good conversationalist and knowing a few enticing sexual techniques wouldn't hurt either. If your avatar is any indication, I would say "no".
