The spark plugs "used' should be the type recommended by the manufactuer. Many auto parts places are "pushing" platium plugs which are giving problems to some engine designs. In this day and time ,you must stick with what was originally installed. Many factors were considered when designers made the system.Good luck!

look in the vehicles manual it will tell you the recommended plugs. (NOT FAMILIAR ) with this vehicle your mentioning/
