bring some cake mix and sugar and wutnot.

I think this is the easiest and funnest thing to bring... A chocoloate chip cookie pizza. I bring it for everything. Just buy the rolled pre-made dough, and roll it out like a pizza dough, put it on a cookie sheet and cook according to the package... when it cools, spread cool whip all over it, leaving about 1/2 inch for "crust" then take miniture m&m's (cooking section by chocolate chips) and sprinkle, I toast coconut flakes in a skillet and sprinkle along with shaved chocolate... it's easy, fast, refrigerate after making though or make onthe spot... cut with pizza knife... It's delecious!
