How old are the adults? Elderly people in general, have slow reflexes. But check out a 30 something mom with little kids going wild. She can catch a lot of things in mid air that most people would miss! I know. I'm 40 something and work in a church nursery with toddlers. You'd be surprised at how fast you can be on a moments notice!

It all depends on when the CNS matures. This happens at different ages for everyone, but it does not happen until after the teen years, so a young adult would have the fastest reflexes. However, the CNS starts to slow down as you age so an older adult would be slower.

I think its teens that's just my personal opinion because teens are younger and can move faster. but then again adults can also because adults always know when a child or a teen is about to do something. So I think its a tie.

Teens have faster reflexes providing they they are not under influence of drugs or any sickness
