he's not on any meds as he's just going thru tests, but i know he has hard time getting or keeping erection and doesnt sleep well at all

High blood pressure will definitely affect the organs it flows through resulting damage to them. In the brain it may cause a hemorrhage (stroke).
IF your fiend is taking high blood pressure medicine, it will definitely affect the sex drive. All the other "side effects" of high blood pressure may disturb the sleep patterns, personality and other things. Get it under control. Good luck. Pops

Is your friend on blood pressure medicine? Please clarify your question and we might be of more help to you. I'm sure high blood pressure (hypertension) can affect sex drive, sleep AND many other things in some patients. Everyone is different.
