Yes, ask him for a drink. That might be exactly what he needs right now after his divorce.

I think you know the answer.... Its seems to make you feel a little bad. Its not wrong to have a drink with anyone really no matter who they are. If he is single and you are single there is absolutely no reason why you can't, except you feel kinda trashy about it. Like what kind of person am I to go out with a man I know to be with this other woman. To me its just bad joo joos. If you are going to be in a wonderful relationship thats healthy and you can scream your happiness from the mountain tops its a lil hard when you have lil stipulations like trying not to have "some people" find out.

Stay away. You're interfering in the life of a man who appears to not even be divorced yet, and even if he was, it's most often not right.
And what is the situation with your divorce? You act as though none of this matters.
Not even to mention the fact that women asking men out is normally not the protocol.
I figured that there would be a lot of clueless people on here telling you to go for it.

biggest mistake you can make is to ask a guy out. All the guys I know like to do the asking. Just be patient and continue to talk to him and do a little flirting. If he does think of you in this way, he will ask you out eventually. Just be patient! If he is recently divorced, he may not be ready to date yet.

Honey, a good, quality man is hard to find. If he is, go for it. Tell him you baked a pie and Invite him over for some pie and coffee one evening. Sounds innocent, right? Take it from there. And an ex is an ex. If you're worried about her, drop a hint to her and see how she reacts. BUT, if he is fair game, he is fair game. You go ahead girl.

Why would your approach be, ''Wanna have a drink''? That's so ''Hey I wanna get laid''. Why not invite him over to your house for a evening BBQ, a good movie, and ''adult smoothies''. Try something more grown up than ''Wanna have a drink''...please!!

Are they officially divorced? If not I say wait until they are.
People change their minds, things happen. If the divorce isn't final, wait.
