I had that problem with Exchange bank- here's the thing if you haven't logged on in eight or so weeks they make you signup again I guess for security reasons?

When doing your banking, there are so many choices and decisions to make in choosing the best system for what you need. To make it easier to understand, I have downloaded 5 different programs to my hard drive which will play cd's for me. When I put an audio cd in the tray, I cant have all 5 of them fighting to see which one gets to play it for me. We have the option of choosing which one should take presedence over the others. It becomes the default. As much as everybody hates hearing it, there's also the possibility that someone (hacker) has slipped his malicious script into your computer, not only recording every keystroke you make (including passwords, names, bank accout numbers, credit card numbers, etc.) but it also sending that recorded info back to the hacker that wrote the script. We call those micro programs "keyloggers." If that has happened, i'm sure that the first thing they would do is change the default of your banking program to a choice OTHER than the one that you picked in the beginning, so that you'll have trouble getting into your account, or at least long enough for him/her to transfer your money to a different account. I certainly hope that this hasnt happened to you, but if it has, make sure that you go to www.google.com and search for a good Keylogger Program that finds and removes all types of Keylogging Program, preventing it from ever happening again. Hope this helps, Larry.
