The Skywalk View and Exhibit on the 50th floor of the Prudential Tower, enables visitors to discover all of Boston, from its founding to the present. It uses the panoramic views of the city as prompts to highlight people and sites, which make the city special. Twenty nine different exhibits present approximately 300 pieces of information that show what is behind the 360 degree view. It allows Bostonians, as well as tourists to see the city with new eyes.

The exhibit uses the dramatic views from the Skywalk as the keys for the displays. Boston’s diverse neighborhoods, famous and not-so-famous people from Julia Child and John F. Kennedy to Paul Revere, memorable quotes and architecture are highlights of the exhibit. Visitors can also explore a variety of displays, such as a “Faces Wall”: portraits of some of the men and women who contributed to the story of Boston.

Well you can walk around the Prudential area, where there's tons of shops. . .But also, across the street on Boylston there are some great bars. I'd say go in there and have some drinks while you wait. Whiskeys, TheFoggy Goggle and The Cactus Club are all pretty good fun places to hang out for a while.
