Moles should only be removed by a doctor so they can be sent to a lab and tested to see if they are cancerous.

They need to be removed by a doctor. Go see one and have him tell you the methods. Moles are nothing to fool around with yourself.

Not that I know of. They have roots. Options: Burning, Freezing or cutting them off, all of which should be done surgically by a doctor.
