Cancer by destoying skin cells hepititis c by used ink amongst alot of other thing breast are beutiful don't desacrate them please I am covered in quality tattoos and regret them all.

Don't be stupid. Breast cancer only occur when somethings is wrong in ur body while tattoo is just painting on the outside of ur body.

No, your skin may react to the ink which in turn may create subdermal lumps, but they are not cancer.
Mankind has been injecting dyes under their skin for centuries. The problems come from infection or adverse reaction to a particular dye.
